Abstract


In view of the mainland capital market is not fully open , cause our stock market valuation is high compared to other major international stock market valuation . Especially compared with the Hong Kong stock market , there is the phenomenon of a large number of different prices of the same stock . The premise for this phenomenon , combined with the Hong Kong stock market and the status quo of China 's stock market , proposed gradually liberalized national control of foreign exchange and interest rate controls , interest rate and exchange rate market , through the establishment and improvement of China 's stock market hedging mechanism , improve the information disclosure system and supervision, improve the trading mechanism means to explore the to make mainland stock market , the Hong Kong stock market shares merging method to solve China 's stock market relative to international stock markets closed , to resolve due to the mainland stock market valuation is too high may lead to foam , so that our the healthy development of the capital market . Finally, also asked the mainland stock market , the Hong Kong stock market in the fusion process may cause the risk and the corresponding risk prevention and financial supervision . China's international balance of payments surplus through the integration of the mainland stock market and the Hong Kong stock market , can be solved too large, RMB caused by the formation of a large amount of foreign exchange problems , alleviate the excess domestic liquidity , so that our economy can develop healthily . In addition , through the integration of the mainland stock market and the Hong Kong stock market , China's capital market as soon as possible integration with the international capital markets , to enhance the status of China's capital market in the international capital markets , to make it in the world .
