Abstract


Commercial banks compete for customers, and cultivate loyal customers competitive moment never stopped. The core manifestation of this competition is to accurately sent to the customers in the hands of the bank's services. Is generally the bank headquarters manufactured products, branch distributors. So, the branches of the commercial banks has played a crucial role in the distribution process. Currently, China's four major state-owned commercial banks to merge branches basically do not have a specification standards and internal procedures, and the layout of commercial bank branches runs through the whole process of the operating activities. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study on the siting of commercial bank branches. Thesis Huaian Agricultural Bank, for example, select 39 of the Agricultural Bank of direct foreign business branches to conduct on-site investigations, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, study the impact of branch location behavior. The results show that: the main factors affecting the Huai'an City Commercial Bank branch operating area, population and disposable income, in addition to the operating area of ??the different models have different effects on bank balance, population and disposable income on bank deposits The balance is positive influence. Thus, the location of commercial bank branches operating area, population and disposable income are the key points of consideration. Land prices, traffic, set customer base, competitors and other factors, we found the results is not significant, but depending on the situation, the combination of these factors into account. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first is the introduction, introduces the research background and significance of the research status at home and abroad, research methods and analysis ideas. The second chapter describes the site of the theory of commercial bank branches, including the Raleigh model Harvard model, retail saturation theory, theory of the heart and business district theory, site factors that affect commercial bank branches provide a theoretical basis for the study.
