Abstract


Compared to mature markets overseas , China 's warrants market there are structural deficiencies and supply small number of \At present , China's securities market there is only equity warrants and stock reform warrants , no covered warrants ; exist only warrants , put warrants ; only a dozen or so species warrants listed for trading , compared to overseas markets each year tens of thousands and even hundreds of thousands of covered warrants listed for trading pomp , the gap is very large . The market defects lead to China 's warrants market there has been excessive speculation characteristics . For this reason, the development of China 's warrants market , the introduction of covered warrants , play the internal functions of the derivatives price discovery , and to stabilize excessive speculation in the market to become an important issue for the healthy development of China's securities market . In this paper, the analysis of the existing scale of the stock market , the underlying stock reserves , hardware and software facilities of the exchange , the existing warrants market investors , the issuer reserves , market supervision system as well as inside and outside the historical accumulation , think of the introduction of equipment solid foundation of covered warrants product , good condition , is feasible ; stock warrants market development model , the development goals , the main form , and the environment for the development of the analysis that the current priority should be given to foster development of covered warrants market ; analysis introduced the possible impact on the function and structure of the securities market , investors , the subject securities and issuers and other covered warrants that the introduction of covered warrants more good than harm, with urgency ; policy proposals on the introduction of covered warrants , proposed the one hand to improve the current spot market , the introduction of the date of rotary trading and short selling mechanism ; the other hand, it is necessary to strengthen the reform of the the warrants market system and regulatory practice .
