Abstract


Accompanied by the international financial industry Mixed trends and open the accelerated pace of China's banking industry , market demand, financial regulators , industry competition and other factors under the influence of the speed of development of China's financial industry Mixed significantly accelerated. Financial Mixed Operation of China's banking industry to respond to the integration of the world economy and financial globalization, the inevitable choice to improve the competitiveness of China's banking and financial system stability . Recently , China 's commercial banks generally actively seeking mixed operation, progress has been beyond the original expectations . If the bank is able to gain a leading edge in the mixed operation , its integrated financial service capabilities , overall strength and competitiveness will be significantly enhanced , the pattern of competition in the banking sector in China will have a major impact on the future . In this context the research our bakning , the strategic development planning has important practical significance . This article was first proposed based on the SWOT analysis method , qualitative and quantitative analysis from the multi-level multi-angle to affect China bakning strategic development of relevant factors , combined with the results of SWOT analysis , the advantages of mixed operation from the implementation of China's commercial banks , weaknesses, opportunities and threats presented seven recommendations, including : comprehensive strength ; constantly enhanced through a variety of ways to strengthen the the Mixed Operation related to the training of personnel , reserves and introduction ; develop mixed operation planning and conducting mixed operations pilot ; extended business areas , increased stable source of income ; actively respond to the powerful impact and challenges brought by foreign banks ; improve relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible ; financial industry regulatory approach is recommended . Finally, using the SWOT analysis method , the mixing of a commercial bank strategic development case , given the current practice examples of of our strategy bakning selection decisions .
