Abstract


The bakning is an international trend, and more and show its superiority. China's commercial banks have also been to the in-depth development of Mixed. But our country has to implement the \Mixed Operation of practical needs more and more conflicts between the policy with the provisions of the law prohibits sexual. In order to comply with the world trend of mixed operation, improve the competitiveness of China's banking sector, China should change the policy of the original sub-industry converted to allow promotion of commercial banks to develop a robust, orderly, and efficient mixed operation policy, and strengthen supervision improve laws, to protect bakning the healthy development of the rule of law on the road.
