Abstract


With the development of financial globalization , economic integration , especially in the development of the international capital markets and international interest rates lower and middle business innovation has become an important development strategy of the international banking industry in the 21st century . With China's accession to WTO , the domestic commercial banks will be involved in more intense competition in the international financial markets face more severe challenges . A long time, the majority of China's banking profit comes from interest income from savings and loan spreads formed , most of the Western National Bank profit from intermediate business income . Admittedly, in recent years , the intermediary business innovative products as the sudden emergence of a new profit growth point of the domestic banking sector , intermediary business innovation more and more emphasis on the domestic banking sector . Domestic commercial banks in the middle of business innovation is already a considerable degree of development than in the past . However, compared to Western commercial banks in developed countries , China 's commercial banks in the middle of business innovation in terms of the variety of businesses , operating mechanism , or in the contribution of banks have a greater gap. In order to adapt to the international banking trends , innovative strategies to establish the intermediate business of commercial banks in China has become an inevitable choice for China 's commercial banks business development strategy to improve the competitiveness of commercial banks . This not only helps to optimize the structure of China's commercial bank profits , and improve the profitability of commercial banks , but also helps to spread the risk of the business of commercial banks , to optimize commercial banks in the allocation of resources , and ultimately improve the competitiveness of banks . Intermediary business innovation research object from the Western financial innovation theory , the study of the middle of the business innovation of the motives and effects , and by contrast to the approach , find the gap between innovative in Western commercial banks intermediate business , reason and our commercial banks intermediate business innovation problem , on this basis , to establish a financial holding company , to increase the cultivation of human resources , product pricing and brand positioning , what are the advantages should focus on the development of varieties , as well as to improve the risk management measures , and to explore the promotion of China's commercial bank intermediary business development in an effective way .
