Abstract


IT and network technologies to flourish brought huge changes to the financial industry , online banking is a product of the advanced stage of financial information . Online banking financial services to provide customers with the advantage of its low cost , the breakthrough time and space restrictions become the inevitable choice of world developments in the banking industry . The rapid development of domestic commercial banks online banking , online banking has become one of the indispensable service channels of commercial banks , the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce . How to establish and maintain a competitive advantage in the field of online banking is a growing concern of the commercial banks . In this paper , we analyze the joint-stock commercial bank personal online banking macro environment, industry environment and internal environment , external opportunities and threats facing identify joint-stock commercial bank personal online banking , insight into the internal strengths and weaknesses , and to study its competitive strategy formulation . Proposed competitive differentiation strategy or objective gathering strategy to gain competitive advantage conclusions , and analyzed the way for the implementation of the strategy of differentiation . The introduction of the Blue Ocean Strategy theory visual raised should actively explore new market space , seeking competitive advantage in new business areas .
