Abstract


The borderless nature of the Internet , and asked in different languages ??easily converted convenient cross-border network banking to become a huge business growth potential . But the risk is always accompanied by opportunities to come . The type and nature of the cross-border network banking banking risk has not changed , but it affects almost all types of risk , challenges and the risk regulatory rules based on the traditional geographical concepts . Internet Banking in order to meet the challenges posed by cross-border supply , based on the analysis of the international experience and our current rules , to perfect and improve cross-border network of banking supervision rules to make concrete proposals . Special risks to the current cross-border article main body is divided into four parts: the first chapter from the analysis of a cross-border network banking Basel Committee defined the start of cross-border network of banking , a brief business situation and development trend ; the challenges brought about by the banking regulatory framework . The second chapter includes two aspects . First of all, in terms of access to the main qualification , access procedures with real study factors and business scope summed up the attitude of the regulatory authorities in the business access . Secondly , based on market access and market exit has the same function , the lack of exit rules envisaged by the proposed countermeasures . Chapter by analysis of the international Basel Committee on cross-border network banking published a series of documents , summarizes the various regulatory authorities adhering to the principles of risk management in the persistent regulatory core content - common in the Internet environment regulatory cooperation framework . The fourth chapter analyzes the existing regulatory rules on cross-border network of banking in China , and then , according to the summary of international experience before the general awareness of specific ideas to establish and improve the relevant regulatory rules .
