Abstract


This article is an article on the GEM market access conditions for legal construction paper , the author based on the summary of the elements of the GEM market access legislative practice , learn from other countries of the world and the GEM market ( mainly Nasdaq legislative experience of the market and the Hong Kong Growth Enterprise market ) , some of their own point of view , and were discussed in detail .
