Abstract


In this paper, the substantial growth in the reality of China's foreign trade surplus in recent years , the trend of the development of the foreign trade surplus , and pointed out that the structural characteristics of China's trade surplus . On this basis , the paper analyzed from both domestic and international aspects generate huge trade surplus , trade surplus continues to expand and explore the impact of China's macroeconomic , while certainly a trade surplus of reasonableness , highlights the huge trade surplus to China's economic operation risk can not be ignored . Increased trade surplus continued to expand the trading power of trade friction between China and Europe and the United States , and strengthen the speculators yuan appreciation is expected to affect the independence of monetary policy in China , continuously improve our country 's dependence on foreign trade , the ultimate impact of China's economic the sustainability of growth . In this paper, on the basis of analysis of the characteristics, causes and impact of China 's foreign trade surplus , discussed policy proposals to adjust its foreign trade surplus . This paper argues that the gradual easing of the phenomenon of rapid growth of the foreign trade surplus , and gradually achieve a basic balance of international payments and the balanced development of the national economy should be from the following six aspects . First, to stimulate domestic demand , change the mode of economic growth ; Second, reasonable restrictions on exports , and actively expand imports ; Thirdly, to promote the upgrading of industrial structure in China , the implementation of foreign trade diversification ; fourth guide rational use of China's foreign exchange reserves ; fifth, careful response to the RMB exchange rate appreciation pressure on the exchange rate mechanism reform ; sixth , strengthen international cooperation and coordination , and properly handle trade frictions .
