Abstract


The fast food industry originated in the West , the Chinese fast food is gradually developed under the influence of its business model . Compared with Western-style fast food , Chinese fast food has many advantages : a broader target customer groups , the number of products varieties richer , nutrition structure is more reasonable , and the price is more affordable . Chinese fast food industry from the last century started since the late 1980s , after a difficult initial development , initially defined the modern fast-food concept in line with Chinese characteristics , the characteristics and the development of ideas .
