Abstract


Taiwan's economic development, SMEs have played an irreplaceable role in promoting economic growth, create jobs and promote scientific and technological innovation. However, in the course of its three stages of growth, it is also facing a shortage of funds, unsound financial difficulties in financing. Taiwan authorities, as well as support from all sectors of Taiwan's financing situation has improved. Equity financing, debt financing and venture capital funds financing to provide financing channels; SME banking and general banking and other financial institutions to increase the loan amount; guidance policies and systems of financing of the Taiwan authorities, especially the credit guarantee system, to provide protection for these have contributed to the growth of SMEs in Taiwan. Currently, the mainland corresponding difficulties in the process of the development of SMEs, Taiwan's experience will be conducive to the establishment and improvement of small and medium enterprises in the mainland the SME bank counter market, venture capital, financing counseling and credit guarantee. Taiwan SME financing conditions, mainly in Taiwan direct financing and indirect financing system, financing Guidance System to start the integrated use of the basic theoretical and analytical tools of modern economics, finance, investment and other SME financing problems to the mainland The Situation and Outlet logical framework, to take a combination of macro analysis and micro analysis methods, learn from the successful experience in Taiwan SMEs. I hope for the continent to solve the financing problems of SMEs provide a reference from the theoretical level and a practical level. This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is the theoretical basis of single view articles, the first clear definition of small and medium-sized enterprises and corporate finance, to explore the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises and financing methods, mechanisms and systems. Chapter II explained from the perspective of Taiwan SME financing problems they encountered and the course of development and financing difficulties of SMEs in Taiwan. The third chapter of Taiwan SME financing from equity financing, the angle of the OTC market financing and bank loans to finance. The chapter analyzes the path of Taiwan listed SMEs discusses the Taiwan OTC market operation mechanism of promotion of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in Taiwan, and to reveal the intrinsic link between Taiwan Venture Capital and Taiwan high-tech SMEs, the the representative mode will the mainland sound risk investment mechanism to provide a valid reference.
