Abstract

Come to be used in real estate development projects by comparing the bank guarantee and the guarantee of professional security company, professional security company to undertake the guarantee business, the specific implementation method is superior to the bank guarantee. This paper presents a two-stage guarantee implementation of the model, namely the construction stage and the stage of the project warranty \such as the interests of all parties.
