Abstract


The relationship between coordination and its research is an important part of the theory of enterprise network system. In enterprise networks, the complexity of the market, the company's independence, as well as the diversification of the social structure are intertwined, the common description of the objectivity of the importance and complexity of the Cooperation of Enterprises coordination. The IMP organization theory and cooperative relations between the corporate network and enterprise, inter-enterprise coordination process in the corporate network, and proposed a solution to the relationship between enterprises coordinating complex. In this study, structural equation modeling analysis techniques, coordinated two dimensions as a relational collaborative, interactive and cooperative sharing, research orientation of the coordination process interests (including the interests of the co-orientation and self-interest orientation), government action and corporate the relationship between the coordination dimension and inter-enterprise cooperation relations coordination performance relationship. On the basis of previous studies, this study has established the model of interest based on the coordination of relations between enterprises, and dig operational refinement model. At the same time, the development of a set of measuring the orientation of corporate interests, government action, coordination dimension of the relationship between enterprises and the relationship between coordination performance scale, and set Scale to investigate the enterprise and system data analysis. The study found that: (1) co-interest orientation there is a positive and significant impact on the relationship Coordination Performance; (2) the relationship between coordination performance by co-sharing is more sensitive than the cooperative interaction and strong: (3) Government acts as an environment variable and not there is a direct relationship Coordination Performance, but through the intermediary variables of cooperative interaction to produce a significant positive role in the relationship Coordination Performance; (4) In the process of coordination, collaborative, interactive and cooperative sharing has a synergistic relationship Coordination Performance effect. Based on these preliminary conclusions, the use of matrix analysis and path analysis to quantify the results of the study, to make the results more intuitive and credible. The main innovation of this study: (1) an integrated scalable framework, for the first time the government action and the coordination of inter-firm relations dimension into the model and the assumptions model decomposition analysis. (2) attention to the interests of orientation, coordination of government action and the relationship between enterprises dimensions of relational coordination performance effect and draw key conclusions of universal significance. (3) innovative use of structural equation as empirical research methods, and combined with matrix analysis to study the relationship between coordination problems.
