Abstract


The current situation , China 's investment fund governance structure , there are still a large problem . This has become a \How effective solution to this \From the theoretical review of the governance structure of the Fund paper briefly describes the characteristics and classification of investment funds . The governance structure of the investment fund as a starting point , a brief analysis of the five elements of the governance structure of the Fund , focusing on three major factors affect the governance structure of the Fund - fund investors , managers and custodian , and analyze three the pros and cons of the principal - agent model .
