Abstract


China is now in the accelerated development stage of industrialization,and the production safety accidents occured frequently. The situation of production safety is still very serious. The frequent occurrence of various types of industrial accidents, not only caused great harm to employees and business life and property, but also affected the social stability, and restricted the economic development. How to ensure the safety in production has become an important issue to be placed in front of the State and enterprises. One of the important reasons of frequent occurrence of accidents is that the safety information has not been effectively managed, so that we can not make timely and accurate decision-making to guide safety work based on the safety scientific information. To construct safety management information platform has become an effective way and the inevitable choice to enhance the safety management level.According to the features of the safety production management of cigarette enterprise, the paper proposed the technical architecture and function of specific architecture of the system, designed the functions, data flow, database, interface of the cigarette company safety program management information system, based on the full analysis to the software functional requirements. Finally the paper finished the design and display of Tengzhou cigarette factory safety management information system.The paper carried out the following areas:According to the features of the safety production management of cigarette enterprise and the design goals of safety management information system, the paper proposed the basic structure component of system design, detail analyzed the software functional requirements of the data, contingency plans, statistical analysis, education and training, operational control, and analyzed the management of labor supplies, three-dimensional virtual plant, and the system management. And the paper also analyzed the system security requirements and interface design requirements.(2) According to the tobacco industries overall management infonnation system design goals and design principles, the paper analyzed the basic ideas and requirements of the cigarette business management information system design, put forward the specific system’s technical architecture and function architecture, and designed the system’s security mechanisms. (3) The paper detail designed the tobacco industry safety management information system. Through the analysis of the overall business process solution of system processing module, the paper detailed design the the business process of main function of occupational health examination, management of radioactive sources, plan management, security education and training management, hazard approval, approval of hot work permits, fire-fighting equipment management, management of special equipment, event management security incidents, hazardous materials management, three at the same management, user management system, safety inspection and assessment, labor supplies business process management and other major functions. And the main form of the database and system interface was designed.(4) The paper analyzedthe hardware and software environment of system operation and system development platform of the cigarette enterprise security management information system. At the end the Tengzhou cigarette factory safety management information system was designed.
