Back chain meat products in using information technology to solve the complexity of implementation for meat traceability and tracking control system strictly adhere to the "source of controlled production, processing and quality control of retail, wholesale flow control, access" overall thought, building an information reliable, operation efficiency, responsibility clear, easy to operate, sharing information with the public information platform.At first, this article researched the information actuality of meat management industry, analyzed the demand of meat regulation, and made demand of the whole systematic development. Taking database plat as center, seven systems collect software technology, mechanics of communication, barcode technology, RFID technology, IC card, handheld terminal technology, data encryption technology and so on, and integrate, deal and save in data center to form whole information backward through collecting business data of pig butcher, wholesale, retail and consumption. All products used for information transfer follow network protocol and request of transmission standards (Such as IC card ISO 14443 A standard, electronic scale of communication follows the RS232, TCP/IP communications), achieve communication and sharing in network systems. Then it designs architecture of whole system, describes contents of system, system modeling, logic sketch map and database design, related technology for system achievement, it does system selection for some of system hardware and software. Finally tells the system to achieve, from uniqueness, data delivery, regulatory functions, and meats date back to illustrate, detailing the implementation of all parts of the system function.Because of this design dates back platform to manage summary data not only, to complete information management and data among multiple data acquisition subsystem of the upload, so on the feature set we must consider various different requirement. The system contains one city-level data center and seven data acquisition subsystems, each trace subsystem also contains a number of different modules, used to implement different features. After the completion of the system can not only complete the basic information management, business data is summarized, can also trace code to trace and recall.
