Abstract


In recent years, with the development of our national economy, the crane industry develops very quickly. A Crane is a kind of special equipment, and crane manufacture and use is not only related to the economic development, but also related to people’s life and property safety. So it is important to strengthen crane management work responsibility. Pot Inspection Agency in Ji’nan city according to the requirements of the country began inspection work of crane manufacture. It oversees the production for the factory, carries out supervision and inspection work according to the conclusion, issues product inspection certificate, and thus allows products to enter the market. With the need of crane production increasing in Ji’nan area, the need of a certificate issued also increases in great quantity, which increases the difficulty of the work of supervision and inspection. Therefore we need a system to help the supervision and inspection work, in order to improve the speed and quality of supervision and inspection work.This paper designed and implemented the system. First, we carry out Supervisory Inspection Certificate Management System requirements analysis, and design the architecture and waterfall model with C/S architecture. Corresponding stages can be divided into:planning, requirements analysis, software design, programming, software testing and operation and maintenance. Monitoring inspection certificate is issued by the certificate management system to achieve the functionality and performance. System design includes the definition of architecture, components, modules, interfaces and data to meet specific needs. C/S architecture is the client/server architecture, and the tasks are assigned to the client side and server side. Monitoring inspection work is carried out specifically in the crane manufacture, and the report is issued by the Pot Inspection Agency. The system includes multiple product components, such as information management, crane manufacture, crane product information management, monitoring and inspection list management, monitoring and inspection certificate management; one of the major product components are also composed by a number of functional modules, such as manufacture license management, manufacturer product type management, product device code management, manufacturing, monitoring and inspection time management, monitoring and inspection of items seized in the specific project management supervision, and monitoring inspection certificates in the certificate of product content. After integration tests to meet the needs of system architecture, the function of each module is to meet the monitoring requirements of each step of inspection work, integrate work to meet the overall requirements of the supervisory inspection.Lifting inspection certificate management system improves the inspection efficiency, enhances the supervision and inspection of the quality of the work, thus greatly improves the inspection work by Pot Inspection Agency in Ji’nan.
