Abstract


The concept of bearingless switched reluctance motor(BSRM) is proposed to solve the problem of wear and tear between the bearing and shaft of the switched reluctance motor when it is running in high speed.According to the comparability between the windings of magnetic bearing and bearingless switched reluctance motor stator,the windings,which create suspending force and torque,are laminated together on the motor stator to create the steady suspending force and torque.And the motor can be realized suspending and rotating steadily by using some control strategy to adjust timely current in the motor windings.Based on the configuration of BSRM system,this dissertation focuses mainly on the decoupling control of BSRM system.The detail contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the common configurations of magnetic suspension motors,the structure of BSRM system is described in detail.The configurations of axial-radial magnetic bearings and BSRM are introduced.The basic principle of BSRM is described in detail.Secondly,the basic theory of inverse system method is described.Based on the working principle and mathematic model of axial-radial magnetic bearings,the axial-radial magnetic bearings system is decoupling linearized into 3 SISO subsystems.Thirdly,the basic theory of fuzzy logic control is described.Based on the decoupling linear subsystems of axial-radial magnetic bearing,the fuzzy logic decoupling control system for axial-radial magnetic bearing is designed.The performance of the control system is simulated.Finally,Based on the suspension force control model of BSRM,the inverse system decoupling control strategy of BSRM with fuzzy logic compensation is proposed.The performance of the control system is simulated with MATLAB software.
