Considered to reduce labor intensity, shorten the construction period, lower construction cost and the needs of energy saving, environmental protection in cast-in-place reinforced concrete project construction, this paper presents a new idea: Thin cement plate as non-dismantling template in the construction to substitute the traditional template. This board is a kind of glass fiber grid mesh cement template made of fly ash, slag and other industrial waste.This article primary coverage includes: The permanent template alkali resistance corrosion and the experimental study on lasting quality, experimental study on the permanent template and the concrete laminated slabs that mechanical behavior, and the finite element simulation analyze.Through the test of sodium hydroxide solution immersion and the accelerated aging test of SIC (Strand in cement), study on the cement template alkali resistance etching power and the lasting quality which strengthened to the glass fiber grid cloth, and further analyzed its corroded mechanism. The result indicated that: Used the ordinary portland cement of the main body concrete Ca(OH)2 which produces in the cement hydration process to be very slow for the template corroded speed, because glass fiber in template do not with wall direct contact, therefore cannot affect its durability; In the building design service life, affecting the structure is very small possibility because of the permanent template used.Through the stress performance test of bonds together in to certain groups by the different caking way laminated slabs, study on the permanent template and the main body concrete together operating performance, laminated slabs bearing capacity and the distortion performance. Has drawn following conclusion: (1) bond is good as the template glass fiber enhancement cement thin steel template with the latter pouring concrete between; (2) Compares with the same condition plain concrete test sample, the different form folds gathers the test sample the supporting capacity to reduce by no means, the part folds gathers the test sample the supporting capacity and the ductility performance also has the varying degree enhancement.Based on the test result, uses finite element software ANSYS, in did not consider bond-slip between the permanent template and the concrete and bond-slip between the glass fiber grid cloth in template two kind of supposition condition, analysis on laminated slabs of the stress performance, the distortion and the dehiscence situation. Simulation computation result and test result is basic match case.
