Abstract


In the enterprise management, the potential rules affect organizational behavior and management performance, it has become an important aspect of management research.Based on researching the potential rules literature at home and abroad,this paper defines the concept of the enterprise potential rules. Simple words,it’s a relatively stable and enduring management atmosphere; it’s the sum of management concept and behavior norms which are formed spontaneously and abided by individuals, including management values, organizational routines, the moral and ethical, group consciousness and behavior standards, etc.At present,the study of enterprise potential rules also is less from the perspective of the management science or organization behavior in china. This paper adopts the methods,such as literature research,open questionnaire and expert consultation,to collect subjects and prepare preliminary questionnaire of the enterprise potential rules.And then, we select some companies to survey randomly and then start the statistical analysis, The industries that we take it as sample are mainly industrial manufacturing,real estate, financial services,which are located in Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province.The statistical methods are as follows.Fistly,we use some methods such as subject analysis,exploratory factor analysis(EFA),confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) and reliability analysis to screening questionnaire subjects\items and then draw the conclusion,that enterprise potential rules is the concept of a six sides.Secondly,we use the statistical methods discuss the relationship between potential rules and related factors on the basis of the above. Finally, we investigate whether individual characteristics variables and organization feature variables influence the enterprise potential rules.The conclusion of this study are as follows:(1) In the Chinese enterprises background, the concept of enterprise potential rules is six sides, they are classified as the management standards, the authorization management, the employe’s value, the business value orientation, the psychological contract and the participation.(2) The questionnaire of the enterprise potential rules has good reliability and validity, (Alpha=0.939,KMO=0.908), it show that it meets the requirements of psychological measurement.(3) The results of the correlation analysis and the regression analysis: The six aspects of the enterprise potential rules are positivly related to emotional exhaustion and cynicism ,and inefficacy significantly.(4) The dfferences are that individual characteristics influence the enterprise potential rules. Except the age and working tenure,the other variables,such as gender, education background and position category,are not significant to the enterprise potential rules. The six aspects of the enterprise potential rules have significant effects to enterprise types and enterprise scales.Finally, this paper is intended to make some preliminary exploration of the concept, dimensionality and relevant quantitative research of the enterprise potential rules by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis method, which makes contributions to the theoretical study of the enterprise potential rules at home and abroad and its usage in the management realm.
