Abstract


Facing the development of science and technology and the coming of the information age, the traditional standard information service model shows its obvious limitation increasingly and can no longer meet the demands of all-level standard information service agencies and users. Therefore, establishing the Jiangsu Standard Information Service Sharing Platform, featured of intact resources, complete functions, service contents closing to enterprise demands and the provincial, municipal and county-level service systems in line with development, is the inexorable trend of future standard information service. Relying on the Jiangsu Standard Information Service Sharing Platform, investments are made by concentrating the limited funds, the existing standard resources are integrated, and a mode of "studies by provincial institutes and services by cities and counties" is established, which hereby realizes the sustainable development of standard information services in Jiangsu Province.This article discusses the significance, principles and requirements of the construction of Jiangsu Standard Information Service Sharing. Platform upon the analysis of the information sharing status of domestic and foreign scientific and technical literatures. The Author, through considerable investigations, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of standard information services in Jiangsu and gets of detailed understanding about the demands of the municipal and county-level standard information service agencies and the enterprise customers on standard information services. On this basis, the Author proposes the frame of Jiangsu Standard Information Service Sharing Platform, gives detailed introduction on its front section and back module, points out the difficulties in its software development and implementation, analyzes its economic and social benefits, and finally comes to a conclusion and represents the direction of next step research.
