Abstract


The study of the relationship between financial development and economic growth, has been a popular research topic in economic circles. Although there are some controversy among the scholars,most studies have shown that there is mutual positive correlation between financial development and economic growth,and has formed a relatively systematic theory of financial development.On the other hand, a large number of domestic and foreign research results has revealed differences in development of foreign trade led to an important factor of economic growth differences between countries or regions. This leads to another important and hot research topics:the study of the relationship between financial development and foreign trade.Around this proposition, This paper intends to tap the intrinsic link between the regional financial development and regional foreign trade of the two representative provinces Zhejiang and Anhui by systematic comparative analysis and empirical analysis, compare the differences between the two provinces and identify the root causes leading to these differences. Finally, according to the conclusions of this paper, combined with the realities of the two provinces, this paper proposes some policy and recommendations from the financial and foreign trade levels, in order to coordinate regional financial development and foreign trade development better.
