Abstract


Automobile is an important transportation vehicles,and also is a sign of science and technology development level.Automobile industry is capital-intensive, technology-intensive,personnel-intensive,highly integrated,cost-effective high industry.With the development of economic,the automobile has entered daily life of ordinary families,in the same time,the requirements of people on the vehicle performance is also rapidly rising.So,automotive gearshift system,as the impact of an important part of vehicle performance,not only must meet the performance of work requirement,such as strength,stiffness requirenents and accuracy requirements, but aslo meet the requirements of structural characteristics.A good structural performance,can improve the whole vehicle performance and increase security and reliability.In addition,the automotive gearshift system also have a good economy, because good economy can help the company occupation of a broad market space.So,firstly,taking some a DongFeng automotive gearshift system for example, we use SolidWorks software modeling the shafts,helical gear,gear parts of this system,assembleing all the parts together,and constructing the automotive gearshift system characteristic mode;Secondly,we carry out static analysis in allusion to automotive gearshift system,by using ANSYS to analyse key parts of the automotive gearshift system,research on checking the stress condition and analysis concentrated stress of the second speed transmission gear on the second axis and the first axis when the automotive gearshift system is during the second speed transmission process.And also do some research on the stress distribution on the constant mesh gear,the middle axis and the second axis;Thirdly,we carry out dynamic analysis in allusion to automotive gearshift system.Using ANSYS for modal analysis of the automotive gearshift system’s second speed gear and first axis, We confirm their inherent vibration characteristic and analyze whether they can work normally under constant excitation,furthermore,in allusion to automotive gearshift system,we carry out the whole dynamic analysis;Finally,research the performance evaluation method of automotive gearshift system,and evaluate the performance of automotive gearshift system.The paper provide theoretical guidance and Technical Support in automotive gearshift system model construction,finite element analysis measures and performance evaluation method for characteristics research on mechanical product.
