Abstract


This article has mainly studied the knowledge base system in the engineering machinery profession application, obtains through the research based on knowledge base’s wheel loader product development general method, the process. Research based on knowledge base’s wheel loader product life cycle (PLM) development content, main point, control method, and design feedback. Uses in the wheel loader product development the knowledge base platform construction method and knowledge base’s effective application. In the PLM platform, carries on the calculation through the system to the solution question, simultaneously transfers in knowledge base’s knowledge to take the instruction, thus enhances the product design the overall level, reduces the product development cycle and the reduction develops the new product the investment risk. In the research engineering products design general character foundation, unifies the advanced design idea and the three dimensional CAD technology, take based on knowledge base’s product research and development as the master line, we has studied based on the knowledge product design correlation theories, the method and the key technologies.The article’s main research content and the achievement are as follows:(1) Studied KBE theories and so on knowledge gain, expression, memory, and applies the KBE thought in the SOLIDEDGE re-development, save research and develop the knowledge induction to the base;(2) Summary wheel loader knowledge and product design theory and method, application in wheel loader’s design based on the knowledge design method;(3) Studied wheel loader’s modular constitution, has built the complex product level tree product disposition storehouse in the PLM system, introduced the wheel loader knowledge base in the modular development aspect application;Final, in the above research results’ foundation, establishes the wheel loader product development knowledge base, and succeeds in Shandong obtains the application near the labor, has made the satisfactory progress.
