Abstract


In the application of modern hydraulic technology, the situation of requiring two or more actuators synchronous sports often occurs. In the movement process, because of the differences of loading, frictional resistance, leakage, manufacturing accuracy and structural deformation,to ensure the same velocity and the same displacement, namely synchronous sports, we have to take necessary measures to implementation. Synchronization circuit is used to achieve synchronization of the exercise circuit. Because of improving of equipment technology, the requirements synchronous accuracy have become more and more sophisticated, simultaneous control of more and more attention. Studying of hydraulic synchronization,putting forward reasonable solution have a good theoretical significance and practical value.The paper has described the hydraulic synchronization’s basic principles, classification, characteristics; summaryed of hydraulic synchronous control strategy, the situation of the development at home and abroad and new hydraulic-related synchronization research results. For the characteristics of hydraulic synchronization,we analyzed the basic control method of flow synchronization, volume synchronization, servo synchronization.The paper focused on the researching separately with hydraulic press and electro-hydraulic load simulator hydraulic synchronization problem. Researching with hydraulic press is important research equipment of mold maintenancing, mold’s weight is weighty, mold’s structure is not symmetrical, so double-cylinder synchronous control is particularly important. The paper has put forward the programmes on the ratio speed control achieving the initial synchronization and Servo position control achieving precise synchronization, using double-loop control circuit, we can have researching precision of researching with hydraulic press meet the design requirements. Electro-hydraulic load simulator is a passive load, because the disturbance of the load object has brought about redundant power, seriously affected the accuracy of load, the paper has put forward the programe of synchronous compensating to overcome the redundant power, has used synchronous rotational motor to track loading system, as a result, load accuracy and Control function have greatly improvement.The paper has set up mathematical models of hydraulic synchronous system, conducted an in-depth theoretical analysis, revealed the control mode and system structure parameters’ impact on the system, carried out a computer simulation study, optimized synchronization system’s dynamic performance. Provided some valuable theoretical basis and application’s reference to hydraulic synchronization system’s research and application.
