Abstract

Through animal experiments, using cell histology, to determine the movement of skeletal muscle damage caused. Detection by means of biochemical analysis of load movement in different skeletal muscle injury caused by blood CK, LDH, MDA and LPO changes in the biological vitality. To investigate markers of skeletal muscle damage, exercise~induced skeletal muscle injury for the diagnosis to provide a scientific and accurate basis.Select adult, healthy 70 male Wistar rats were divided into non-exercise group (that is, a quiet control group) and the experimental group movement. Sports experimental group means in accordance with the movement divided into two groups: one-time excessive movement and excessive exercise for一周. According to samples collected at different times for each exercise are divided into: immediately after exercise, sports, after 24h, 48h three groups.Total points seven groups of 10 rats. Keeping animals in each group the same conditions. In the official two days before the experiment, the experimental group on the movement of experimental animals with the 10 ~ 15h treadmill exercise, a rate of 10 ~ 12m/min, a gradient of 00.One-time excessive movement experiment: experimental animals in running on persistent downhill run, run platform for - 160 speed, slope for 16 m/min, motion process USES sound, light and brush stimulation, make animals keep continuous movement to exhaustion.Continuous一周excessive movement experiment: sports with one-time excessive exercise group. After the movement will be put inside the cage rats, as conditions. A continuous motion.Upon completion of the experimental program, immediately after exercise, respectively, 24h, 48h drawn sample. The use of 3% sodium pentobarbital for anesthesia in rats by intraperitoneal injection (rats per 2 ~ 2.5ml). Heart blood 5 ~ 10ml, Add additions in vitro anticoagulant in 2ml, for placement in the centrifuge tube, the static park 30min ~ 60min after the preparation of 3000r/min centrifugal serum, using colorimetric determination of CK, LDH, CMD, and SOD.Blood taken immediately after the right lower limb of the gastrocnemius muscle in rats, and histological examination. The experimental results show that a one-time over-exercise group, the severity of skeletal muscle damage after exercise followed by 24h, immediately after exercise, sports, after 48h.一周campaign for the severity of skeletal muscle damage followed by the last movement, immediately after exercise 24h, after exercise 48h. Serum enzyme activity and non-movement control group, immediately after the campaign has increased very significantly (P <0.001); in the subsequent two time sites, they value the vitality of the decline in varying degrees, compared with the control group, there are still significant differences (P <0.05).Concludedt:1. one-time excessive movement of the skeletal muscle is greater than the extent of the injury for over a week of exercise on skeletal muscle injury. One-time excessive movement of skeletal muscle damage after exercise peak appears in the 24h, for a week of excessive exercise on skeletal muscle injury in the last peak immediately after exercise.2. Exercise-induced skeletal muscle damage, blood serum enzymes: creatine phosphokinase (CK enzyme), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and lipid peroxidation (LPO) of the end product malondialdehyde (MDA) and blood vitality superoxide dismutase (SOD) the vitality of both increased significantly.3. One-time excessive movement of skeletal muscle injury: peak appear in the serum CK immediately after exercise, and skeletal muscle injury in sports after the peak is 24h; LDH, MAD, and SOD occur in skeletal muscle injury with the peak coincides with the peak; for excessive movement skeletal muscle injury appear in the peak immediately after exercise, the blood biochemical markers CK, LDH, MAD and SOD are the peak coincides with.
