Abstract


This paper articulates Hume revealed the ignored belief questions and to give a psychological interpretation, pointed out the dilemma of Hume’s explanation, and change the blief question as a epistemology question into the question of philosophy of language , and apply the theory of direct reference、intensional theory、De dicto beliefand De re belief to analysis Hume’s belief questions,amplify“the intension”of Hume’s belief questions, exhibit a linguistic shift of Hume’s belief questions.
