Abstract


In recent years, constantly improving the market economy system, the deepening economic ties between regions to achieve regional economic cooperation and integration process, help to improve the quality of life of people within the region, China’s comprehensive national strength is also an extremely important role. In the process of regional economic development, local governments play a "decision makers", "service provider" and "coordinator" of an important role. But in fact the healthy development of the regional economy officially by the local government’s influence, the local interests of the dispute resulted in the concept of the regional differences of economic management, some management measures are also many problems. This article from the regional economic development in local government management innovation point of view, analysis of the linkages and contradictions between each other, identify the root causes of problems and propose feasible solutions. Through this study we can in-depth understanding of local government for regional economic development and even China’s economy.The thesis is divided into four parts:the first is the introduction, a brief description of the background and significance of this study, reviewed the status of research in related fields at home and abroad, this study illustrates the methods and innovations; the second part is about the region economy and local government management innovation of general theoretical research, focuses primarily on concepts and theories of regional economic development in the evolution of local government functions, role and management of innovative content management and practical significance were introduced; third part of the regional economic cooperation and integration process of local government management of the main problems and causes of a careful analysis; Part IV for the causes of the problem, pointing out that the regional economic development in local government management innovation and development in the direction of the general idea, and from regional economic integration point of further re-define and regulate the functions of local government. Finally, concluding remarks, made a summary of this article, pointed out the shortcomings and the need to work together.
