Abstract


With the development of information technology, the various network based on WEB application system rise, and the systems have been applied in social life in all areas. The computer network technology and the student financial assistance work should be combined, designing and developing the student financial assistance information management system, which not only helps improve aid management standardization and informationization level, but also achieves the work on the grant continuously explore and innovation important process.This paper gives a whole needs analysis of the Changle Student Financial Assistance Management Information System, which according to the practice and demand of the management of student financial assistance and in the full study, based on object-oriented software engineering methods,. Based on the analysis of demand, it gives the overall system design. In system design, combined with practical applications, it achieves the overall functionality of the system to be divided to determine the Student Financial Assistance Management System case, and it has use case description to the system involved in the function module. On the basis of the system design, it determines the overall system implementation techniques. Using B/S mode and SSH framework technology, the system has been developed. Finally, conscientiously summing up the project development and design work on the basis of student financial assistance information management system was further extended design vision.System’s main functions include system management, and class information setting unit to set management, data collection, funding management, statistical reporting and system maintenance functions; According to system management, it achieves the user management, user role management and user rights management; Data acquisition to achieve an online entry, update information, and poor students to import data from Excel tables and update data capabilities; Statistical reports enables customers achieve statistical reporting requirements and a form of export reports to Excel. The establishment of the funding of the system reporting, audit log on the computer network through the completion of the process, it minimizes the adverse factors of human action, funding agencies at all levels will help improve information management efficiency and reduced operating costs, ensures the accuracy of reported data, funding to meet the needs of working real-time monitoring, with strong practical application value. Currently, the system has been tested various functions to achieve the desired effect. Practice shows that the management system to improve the efficiency student financial assistance funded management; reduce business costs, funding work to further improve the level of information.
