Abstract


When people began to realize that, from a country towards deviant attitude, especially to treat the prison criminals attitude can best judge a country's level of protection of human rights and the degree of civilization when the protection of the rights of prison offenders to become the focus of attention. The modern concept of execution is also growing by revenge, retribution, punishment to education, probation, corrective changes. Rehabilitation of offenders is a good realization of offenders of human rights has gradually become the consensus. In China, the emphasis on offender probation education, humanized management and to promote the protection of the rights of offenders as the core content prisons will be a stone startled thousand waves, so that the prison has never been such attention, a few years later, prisons humane management of the praise and questioning never stopped. How should we treat the humane management of our prisons, and how to improve our justice system humane management, thereby accelerating the process of civilization of the Chinese prison, this article is to explore the. This article is divided into five parts, the first part of our prisons humane management overview, and to elaborate on the concept of prison humane management of the the background and significance of our prisons humane management of the main human rights movement, the scientific development concept and execution, the concept of change perspective reveals the necessity of prisons humane management. The second part is devoted to prisons humane management of the core content of the rights of offenders to protect. It is because the legitimacy of the rights of offenders, so we have every reason to protect criminals rights before a case for a more humane, or has gone beyond the humanitarian aspects of humane management, while helping us to solve the humane management the concept of the problem. The special nature of the rights of offenders, making prisons humane management with a wide range of display space, clear that these peculiarities of great significance to help us deal with the scale of good user-friendly management. Finally elaborated how humane management of the rights of offenders to protect the four levels. The third section reviews the past few years in prison humane management practices content, including implementing the humane management of the new concept of people-oriented; to revise and improve relevant systems and regulations; constantly improve prison hardware facilities; criminals through various forms of probation education. Part IV analyzes the problems in the current prison humanized management, specific legislation from the prison, the construction of the police force, offender classification at the event, prison reform, increase transparency in the management of the humane and expand parole and other six recommendations for improvement. This article aims to further clarify the prison humane management of the nature and meaning, so that we can better understand and grasp the humane management of the prison, the humane management of the confusion and difficulties, call us to a rational attitude and indomitable spirit to promote the prison of the civilizing process.
