Abstract

The year of 2000 and 2005 respectively is the nation first and the second physique monitor year , Shijiazhuang, as the capital city of Hebei Province ,was selected as "the class" sampling city city sample for testing. Adult male an important part of social crowd,and they are also as an important part of the social productive forces and making a tremendous contribution for country’s economic construction. adult male’s the state of physique and health in Shijiazhuang are related to the sustainable development of the city, this article reflects the development and changes of the adult male physique in Shijiazhuang, and as a basis of decision-making for some departments.Adult males (20-59 years old) physical condition in Shijiazhuang City in 2005 and adult male changes of physique in the main subjects from 2000 to 2005 as objects of study, The investigation objects was adult male in the physique monitor investigation sampling in 2005 (876) and in 2000 (792) in Shijiazhuang. To 27 indicators including the bodily shape, the bodily function, physical quality’s studied. Research methods involve reading books, mathematical statistics and comparative study. The results are as follows:The farmer body shape foundation misses slightly compared to the cities non-physical strength worker, but change to be obviously compared with 2000,Height, weight, Quetelet index, BMI index of adult male in Shijiazhuang has no chang; The cities physical strength workers’body shape foundation is bad, and didn’t improve obviously during five years nearly ,and has the very big disparity in the bodily shape’s majority of targets with the non-physical strength worker. the cities non-physical strength worker has the superiority in the bodily shape, because of this , the proportion of obese population is large and had the obvious markup tendency during these five years, pay attention to it nesessarily. The youth crowd’s encirclement indicators enhanced distinctly, thickness indicator value reduces obviously, the middle-aged community did’t change obviously during five years.Compared with 2000, peaceful pulse, the systolic pressure, the diastolic pressure of the farmer ,the cities physical strength worker and the cities non-physical strength worker don’t change obviously, relative to these quite stable targets possibly, and have no the obvious change in short-time or longer time. Farmer’s vital capacity has’t the distinct enhancement, the cities non-physical strength workers’has the large scale enhancement also, but the cities physical strength workers’has no changes obviously. The vital capacity of youth and the middle-aged community increased substantially, other indicators didn’t change obviously.The farmer, the cities physical strength workers’and the cities non-physical strength workers’physical quality presented the landslide compared 2005 with 2000, the concrete manifestation , the strength quality did not change obviously, flexible quality slids obviously, the balanced ability improved distinctly, the reaction slows down obviously. The flexible quality of youth and the middle-aged community slide obviously.
