The development of modern football is contradiction which is composed by offensive and defensive.Looking from the football sports development’s history,Offensive capability will inevitably lead to enhance the defensive capabilities,Defensive capabilities will enhance the ability to promote the progress of the offensive with the development of modern football,Now the world football sports gradually present the new change,The resistance is getting more and more intense,Increasingly expanding the scope of the offensive and defensive,The attack and defense conversion rate speeds up,athlete technique and tactics diversificate,Modern offensive and defensive football is not limited to the ground,competition in the air is also very intense,The Head-kicking is the football echnology which has both as the offense and defense,The Head-kicking is strive for the spatial superiority the important technological means. Especially in the penalty area, Head-kicking has the very vital significance to offensive and defensive both sides, The European football is one of most important members in the football world ,The European team has made the very good progress in all previous years world big game, Its overall level is in the world leading position. Various European countries’ football high level and the strength is more near, Each of the European Cup competition is very intense, Technique and tactics guiding ideology which and overall attack and defense configuration of organization displays in all previous years European Cup Can guide the world soccer sports in period of time the development, played a positive impact on the world of football.so, Studiing the top of the Head-kicking skill in European Soccer Championship is very necessary .In this paper,by observing the video game, the writer use the literature material law, logical analytic method,video recording technology method and mathematical method ,Has carried on the statistics to 13 session of European Cup soccer game complete top of the head ball technology’s utilization situation, From the time, the field area, goal, bodily condition, state of motion, bodily resistance situation as well as placement shot situation has carried on the analysis.The study result indicates:total of the Head-kick in various time intervals is average,The group match stage of the Head-kicking number is higher than the elimination series stage, The Head-kicking mainly occurs in the middle of the Field area.The number of destructive header are most,next is Snatches breaking, Passing and Shooting. Validity is too . The players are in the air and the body is at the state of motion as well as, in receives in the situation complete the technical movement. Looking in the placement shot statistical result, Head-kicking mainly concentrates before the gate in the penalty area.By the destructiving of Head-kick number of times are most, and the success ratio is highest.player is mostly in the stage of jumping , slow movement and the body receives the resistance complete the technical movement. Player in the state of motion have the highest success ratio. player In-Quick movement situation have the lowest success ratio. success ratio of the stage of jumping is higher than In-situ state of motion.player received in the bodily resistance situation the success ratio is highest, when receives the strong resistance ,the success ratio is lowest.
