Abstract


Achievement motivation as a more advanced social motivation, personal development and social progress are of great significance . In recent years , college students achievement motivation research gradually attracted people's attention , how to stimulate students' motivation to learn, the majority of issues of concern to educators , to solve this problem is to first understand the students' needs and motivations , and what factors influence students' achievement motivation . This paper from different grades , different professions, different gender and other aspects of the different regions of Liaoning Normal Physical Education student achievement motivation to study , in-depth analysis of achievement motivation sports majors to identify the factors that affect their achievement motivation . Through this attempt more detailed and comprehensive statistical analysis of achievement motivation for physical education students a deeper understanding of the factors for the cultivation of students' motivation to learn and excited to provide some useful reference , and propose practical achievement motivation incentives to achieve in the course of our university education educators can be more targeted to students of different achievement motivation incentive to take a different way , so that every student can spend pleasant fulfilling their university life. Students themselves can also according to their level of achievement motivation reasonable adjustments to their own goals, to find their own direction of development of life , self- motivated to succeed . While also promoting university teachers and students harmonious coexistence and common progress.
