Abstract


The Credit System is a scientific educational management system in modern universities. It embodies the educational philosophy of people-oriented,pays more attention to the students’ development of personality.Implementing The Credit System will be conducive to internationalization and popularization of higher education will be useful to the reform of the higher education.It is welcomed by many universities and students because of selectivity, flexibility,personality,guidance and openness.China is one of the earliest countries which practice The Credit System in the world.But the development in our country is tortuous.In fact,Chinese credit system is not the really credit system,it relates with our national condition and educational tradition.So it is necessary to study the present situation of The Credit System in our country,find existing problems.Reference experiences of foreign countries which implemented credit system more successfully.For constructing The Credit System conform to our country,to promote the development of higher education.The key to this paper is constructing a Credit System that conforms to China,by using the methods of documentary,comparative analysis and questionnaire to study.The first,based on the research about the Credit System in our and foreign countries,talking about the conceptions of Credit System,introduces the types,present situation of The Credit System.The second,this paper pays more attention to studying the characteristics and experiences of The Credit System in America and Japan.Expect to gain some enlightenment from these two countries.The last,According to the existing problems in The Credit System,analyzes restricted factors;put forward some measures for solving these problems.Meanwhile, expecting accelerate the development of The Credit System.The author expects to enrich the theories about completing the credit system in china and to make a reference for the credit system reform in universities.
