Abstract


Chinese bond transactions and bond market grow out of nothing and have experienced a long development course, especially since the policy of reform and opening up. The bond market developed rapidly, which have the intended and stimulative effect on the persistent, double-quick and healthy development for Chinese national economy and have became the important part of our socialist market economy system. Though our bond market has came into existence for several years which have had numerous participants and huge amounts of dealings nowadays, the markets still can not come into being a perfect system which can meet all the need of securities custody and dealing settlement.Especially, in good many aspects, such as the frame of bond market, security borrowing and lending, settlement modes of securities and cash, operation modes of system, securities factors and system exploitation, our securities custody and dealing settlement system is under betterment and enhancement.Innovation of this thesis are as follows: after investigating to our bond markets and system’s operational actuality, this thesis analyzes the problems and causes of formation of our securities custody and dealing settlement system by using lots of dates and diagrams and contrasting with similar systems of other countries, and finally gives some advices to solve these problems. These will become hotspots in the near future.
