Abstract


International capital movement is an outstanding economic phenomenon in the development of international economy. As a result of the movement, countries’ relations were closer. The influence of international capital movement can’t be neglected. After Asia financial crisis, especially in the last few years, it appears some new tendencies in the scale and structure of the international capital movement.The international capital movement plays a more and more important role in promoting world economic development, especially in international production, international trade, finance and technique transfer etc. China is a big developing country, the characteristics of the development of Chinese economic are: the speed is quick, the growth is high, lack funds, the technique falls behind, and the market isn’t perfect. International capital flows to developing countries become inevitable. Under the new trend of international capital movement, our country is not only facing opportunities, but also facing challenges in making use of foreign capital.The practice of reform and opening proved that the foreign capital is more and more important towards promoting the development of the national economy, strengthening comprehensive national strength. There also exist some problems in our country to resolve at the time of making use of foreign capital to obtain huge result. Especially under the situation that global economic integral whole turn, international capital flows increasingly multifarious and foreign capital flows in great quantities into our country, we have to lift the problem that how to make use of foreign capital effectively to agenda. In front of the influence which the new tendency of international capital movement brought to the making use of foreign capital, how to make use of foreign capital effectively is an important question for discussion. So the point of this article is to study how to make use of foreign capital in the front of the new tendency of international capital movement.
