Abstract


Since 1960s, E-commerce occurred with the development of computer industry. The developed countries enlarge its scope as new methods in the international trade area. E-commerce promotes the international trade to open a new road for development of information, meanwhile has brought heavy impact for the traditional economy and trade, along with the flourishing evolution in the whole world.The 21st century is a time for electronic information, E-commerce has been regarded as one of the largest increase in the whole world at the early stage of this century. Every country has extended high attention and active improvement for the development of E-commerce, they try their efforts to grasp the opportunity as to become the great power within the international world. Compared with developed countries, E-commerce in China grows later and there exist many difficulties and resistance. It becomes an urgent problem for research and solving to meet the challenge between E-commerce and foreign trade in China.On the basis of summarizing the previous study on the macro-effect of E-business to international trade, this paper tries macroscopically to summarize the effect of E-business to the international trade participators, costs and modes etc., starting from the definition of the innovation of E-business to international trade. According to international trade process, this thesis microcosmically analyzes the innovation raised by E-business in preparing, negotiating, contracting and executing. The author further researches the E-business as a technical innovation in a background of international economic theory, tries to analyze the mechanics and meaning of E-business to international trade from the perspective of technical innovation. Finally, this paper projects strategy and suggestions about development of international electronic commerce in China. Based on analyzing impact of electronic commerce on international trade and expounding international electronic commerce’s operational situation, the mainly new value in this article is the using of international economics theory to probe the theoretical source and meaning of the innovation in international trade caused by E-business.
