Abstract


NGN is the expecation of people on the future telecom network,and we expect the NGN can solve all the problems of current existence,which is the aim of longterm development.The article makes a brief introduction of the background,technolodgy development,the contents of business and the application in others countries.The broadth business develops very fast in 2003 and 2004.the customers number increases sharply,which has a far-reaching influence on broadway.It stimulate the demand of NGN,including broadth and network to support all kinds of business and operation.NGN as the next generation of all solutions,can meet more increasing customer’s demand of telecom.It is the key topic of the article how to face the time of NGN,and what strategy adopted to develop and how to modify the current network to adapt to the demand of new technology.The article systematically analyse and summarize the key part of NGN industry and operation and give the extension of key points of NGN based on personal view to make the topic to form a completed and coherent contents systemThe article analyses the advantage and disadvantage of development environments where Tianjin Network is in.It clarifies the requirement of development and comments on the risk and responding solutions.It focus on the character of development requirement,the possible responding plan,the balance of the development of PSTN and NGN.It states the business and market development strategy from the points of brand building,distribution construction and sale,and price and package,based on the global operation of NGN and China’s opening strategy.Because the NGN will coexist with PSTN for a long period,it is important to analyse hwo to distribute the investment,how to develop in a balance. It also make comparision on the development strategy in different stages based on market environments,policy environment.I wish the article can help the Tianjin Netcom to form a core competency in the time of NGN.
