Abstract


Express Mail Service(EMS)is hot in post area of our country. Tianjin post is thesacred place of the modern China post, being the first express service provider inChina. EMS has already been one of the mainstays profit in Tianjin post. Along withthe high and huge profit it brings, EMS of Tianjin post itself has been developed swiftand well. Now with the global unified economic and opening express mail servicemarket policy in our country, several events have in one way or another pushed theEMS of Tianjin post into a more open and competitive market environment. Tianjinpost EMS will face more and more fury competitive from domestic and internationalservices supplier. So, the further research either on the theory or in practice for ourcommercial bank’s intermediarybusiness should be carried out.The thesis provides a detail analysis of the Tianjin post EMS with the PEST meansand the SWOT means include base information, EMS development environment andcompetitive environment. Best brand and completed network are EMS of Tianjinpost’s advantage, but it face to competitive market environment.Then built modernmanagement syetem and human resources training system is development trend in thefuture express mail service area.After the detail analysis of the Tianjin post EMS internal and external competitiveenvironment, with itself character,this studydraws some conclusions that it shouldgrasp opportunities, avoid the threat, elaborate the strength and supplement the weakof companyto get better development. Then this studyintegrates theories ofTianjinpost EMS, include brand strategy, service strategy, talent strategyand informationtechnologystrategy. Then thesis provides the detail measure of the strategy practiceand the ensure measure.Finally,we hope heartily that this article can be practical and promote to thedevelopment of Tianjin post EMS.
