Abstract


Innovative enterprises with innovative , high-growth , high-risk, high input, high-yield characteristics . In other countries, the stock option system is widely practiced in innovative enterprises an incentive system . Innovative enterprises in China stock option system is still at a preliminary stage and gradually to promote . China is currently in the stage of industrial upgrading , strongly encouraged innovation . Implementation of Options in an innovative company in accordance with the incentive of its human capital characteristics . China's stock market is gradually moving towards circulation times after the share reform , as well as the upcoming GEM market innovative enterprises fertile ground for the implementation of the stock option system . How to implement both a relatively standardized stock option system in an innovative company , is worth exploring a very forward-looking . This thesis is the theory of applied research , the concrete application of the theories and methods of modern stock options to the stock option system design of the innovative enterprises in China . Through research, trying to find a better combination between modern stock option incentive system and innovative enterprise human capital incentive to draw innovation-oriented enterprises to implement a stock option system is very necessary and feasible conclusion of innovative enterprises stock option system design procedures and methods , and to analyze its important problem , the proposed solution to the problem and recommendations for innovative enterprises and other types of enterprises have certain theoretical and practical significance .
