Abstract


The risk’s control of the Commercial Banks is always thecentral question in banks’management, and establishing a reasonableand effective credit assess system has been a crucial problem. Thispaper analyses the bank data with the help of the c-svm theoremand establish the analysis and evaluation system for credit classifica-tion and trial of urban commercial banks. This system includes threemodels:First, the patter recognition model which based on financialreporting information, in order to assist the policy-maker to carry onthe pattern distinction;Second,the property important degree dis-tinction model,in order to assist the policy-maker to abstract thevaluable credit property;Third, the brief model, in order to judgethe reliability of the important property and whether there is connec-tion among the unimportant properties. In the technology, mainlymanifest in the data pretreatment, the training sets constitution, thekernel function selection, the parameters selection. Because the c-svmmodel foundation has the complete mathematics basis, this providesthe solid foundation for the models′reliability and validity. In a word,the combination of the mathematical model with the risk’s control andmanagement is the soul of the paper.
