Abstract


Tourism is gradually developing into the world’s largest industry.The establishment of tourism image, the quality of tourism service and traveling experience for tourists depend on the professional attitude of the tourism operators. The tourism professional students is the key of human resource dependent for the development of tourism and the tourism professional attitude of tourism professional students is related to the sustainable development of tourism. Tourism professional attitude is the reflection of emotion and behavior intention and the expectation and cognition to engage in tourism Occupation in their future for tourism students.The research on the factors of tourism professional attitude of graduate students majoring in tourism management is divided into two stages:the first stage is the qualitative research, second for quantitative research, intended to in-depth understanding the tourism occupation attitude situation of students majoring in tourism and the causes and to build the impact factor system on Tourism professional attitude of tourism undergraduate student under the background of China.An the first,we picked up 15 in crowd of tourism operators and tourism education experts as samples in semi-structured interviews on condition of a large number of related literatures to acquire the first-hand data.
