Abstract


The theory of schedule management had been researched deeply and used skillfully abroad。There are some theory research of schedule management domestic,but the theory of schedule management isn’t applied widely,the effect of schedule management doesn’t show fully。This text mainly discuss the schedule planning and control method’s application on hydroelectric project。In order to solve the problems which happen in hydroelectric project’s schedule planning and control during construction phase, this text mainly discuss from the applicability and operability,build the process and pattern of hydroelectric project’s schedule planning and control, systemically discuss how to apply schedule planning and control method on hydroelectric project。On the basis of schedule planning and control theory,chose the theory which suit hydroelectric project,use the P3 schedule management software that can reduce the work of calculation and drawing largely,give an example of the sand and aggregate plant construction project’s schedule management in Guanzhao hydropower station,tell process of it’s plan and control the schedule,and analyze effect of the sand and aggregate plant construction project’s schedule management。Under the instruction of schedule management’s theory,build a set of process and pattern of hydroelectric project’s schedule planning and control,use the schedule management software to manage schedule,to reduce the difficulty of schedule management and avoid it’s blindness,this is a start of the text。
