Abstract


The three existing reducing agent that is used in denitration are liquid ammonia, ammonia and urea.They all have their different weaknesses.In the paper,the research of extracting ammonia using in denitration from ammonium acid carbonate,which is face to Chinese practical situation,is significative for broaden the types of reductant to denitration.The feasibility of ammonium acid carbonate using in denitration is researched by comparing ammonium acid carbonate and other reductant in this paper.And ammonium acid carbonate analytically pure is thermal decomposed to get its energy and frequency factor,the rate constant of all temperature,and also provide data that is need for thermal decomposition calculation and analysis.Refer to urea pyrolysis chamber,the ammonium acid carbonate pyrolysis chamber is designed and optimized,and finally the optimal ammonium acid carbonate temperature and hot air inlet speed is gotten by numerical simulation.This has some reference value for the further engineering application.
