Abstract


The relay protection ensures the safe operation of the electric system.The relay settings must be seleeted reasonably inorder to effect of the relay protection completely.So the Setting work which is done well is the key in electric safe operation.The software of relay setting calculation can increase the efficiency and decrease the workload greatly.According to the characteristic of the local electric net,this paper analyze the character and the application of relay protection calculating and management software,raised the idea of and the definition of calculation and management platform, introduced a style of common software system on relay protection calculating and management,discussed its idea,main characters and function.The article on the relay coordination and management software in Huizhou Power Network to study the status quo,Huizhou,in conjunction with the actual operation of the power grid made of software and design changes,such as Huizhou According to the 220kV power grid substation to carry out sub-block management,increase Zero-sequence mutual inductance effects of the program to increase the on-chip network module short-circuit current calculation,the net increase in the chip count impedance calculation module,and so on.By increasing the function of these modules,making software more suitable for the operation of power grids Huizhou local requirements.The beginning of each year to address the biotech sector required capacity of nuclear facilities required for short-circuit current calculation,to facilitate the transfer to the City County transfer impedance count down to the substation,a decrease of the same tower to set up lines of zero-sequence mutual inductance due to the impact caused by the accident leapfrog trip,For the relay coordination and management of the value provided by the modern intelligent tools,greatly reducing the setting of the staff workload and improved efficiency.Power system for the safe and stable operation,provided strong protection.
