This paper introduced the history,current situation,development direction of wind power and the history and effect of security evaluation.The paper analyzed the impact of the wind power to the power grid,focused on the area of Inner-Mongolia.The paper analyzed the problem from the view of system tide,voltage,frequency and power quality,suggested the methods to enhance the work of secutity evaluation and technology supervision.The paper chose a wind power company as a example,explain the importance of the security evaluation, meanwhile suggested to built a independent wind power management system,establish rules for accident investigation,constitute wind power access management mechanism,thus strengthen the security management,reach the objective of harmious development between windpower and power grid.
