Abstract


Closely integrated with the increased demands on power grid construction,power supply capability,supply reliability and quality for the economic and functional planning and urban development in Linhe city and combined with the current international and domestic new perspectives,this paper evaluates Linhe city’s grid status and power supply capability,and carries on power system planning and load forecasting for the urban grid by collecting,analyzing and studying a large number of basic data,such as urban economic development,grid and load.It also carries on scientific planning and techno-economic evaluation of grid’s structure optimization,grid’s interconnection and mutual supply,multi power supplies,high voltage level deeply into the city and distribution automation.In addition,it analyzes grid’s safe operation and power supply capability for satisfying the city’s demands.It proposes that power system planning should be incorporated into urban planning, and coordinated with urban construction and development,and provides certain policy-making support to urban power system planning in the future.
