Abstract


Historic District protection is a long-standing issue,but the history of the past quarter were focused on the protection of the original features on the rehabilitation and remodeling,because of the history of the actual situation in the different blocks,only the protection of the original features,has been difficult to meet the growing improve the livelihood requirements,so how to achieve an appropriate degree of development of the revitalization of traditional neighborhoods,become the focus of attention,this article focused on a through tourism development,commercial revitalization,Joint development of commercial tourism to realize the history of neighborhood revitalization approach,through a viable analysis came to the conclusion that.Tourism revitalization of neighborhoods,neighborhood commercial revitalization of urban space design methods and development strategies.First of all,the article on the Historic District status and protection of the rough, pointed out that the historical reality of the functional blocks,as well as the crisis in the history of neighborhoods,made the protection of historic blocks of development model which leads to the historical neighborhoods on the one hand,the protection of commercial trend of revival,in-depth analysis of the historical value of neighborhood commercial space and other features and functions;On the other hand leads to revival of tourism development through the historic streets,put forward a Historic District in tourism resources,tourism in the Historic District to protect the role and the Tourism Development model,pointing out that Tourism reyitalization of neighborhoods,to revitalize the commercial district are the theoretical basis for joint development of commercial and tourismSecond:through the Historic District revitalization of the above ways of summing up design principles design methods and development strategy.of Tourism revitalization of neighborhoods Tourism revitalization of neighborhoods Ways Spaces Designed mainly for tourists in terms of design of urban space design methods,fully taking into account the psychological feel of tourists and tourism flow characteristics,improve the design of functional blocks.Development Strategy for the Historic District are my way of tourism development of some shallow understanding,there is a lot of inadequacies, for informational purposes only.Finally,through an engineering example-are Temple in Xi’an in front of the transformation works on the theory of practical application and testing,through the analysis of the final conclusion:Commercial district revitalization is a historical renaissance of power mechanismsTourism development is a historical neighborhood of the optimal dynamic model of rejuvenationJoint development of commercial tourism are the theoretical basis for dynamic rehabilitation
