Abstract

In recent years,economy of Jishan county is developing rapidly,urban framework is heightening increasingly.However,the lag of infrastructure in the old urban area has seriously hampered its economic development,at the same time has brought many environmental problems.Therefore,it is need of planning on drainage system in Jishan county area.First of all,in this application the general situation and natural conditions in Jishan county were introduced,and current situation of research on drainage systems at home and abroad was investigated.Through the current situation and the main problems occurred in drainage systems in Jishan county area were analysed,Various factors on population planning and economic conditions on Jishan county,etc.were combined with,under the premise of which is content with environmental protection,through the comparison of the technical economy,comprehensive consideration,the different drainage system in old and new area in Jishan County is determined,and take a bold choice of a new drainage system model with rainwater utilization.Through the comparison and analysis on two types of sewage flux forecast methods,the average daily sewage flux in Jishan county area in 2025 is predicted. then,the sewage network systems are allocated,sewage drainage basin is laid out,the sewage treatment plant and equipments and facilities selecting locality、processing level are determined.According to the characters of the old and new urban area Reclamation of the original combined drainage pipes is respectively executed,and combined with each other.In this application the issues of sewage reuse are considered thoroughly also, which are included as below:the size of sewage reclamation、the main ways to utilize and planning on equipments and facilities.Depended on the advanced experiences at home and abroad,new biological sewage treatment equipments——artifical wetland with composite function and lagoon are planned and designed.The period of storm it can collect the overflow sewage and rainwater,play double roles in regulation water quantity and sewage disposal,normally be used of scenic water.Gaps in interceptive combined sewer system and incomplete separate sewer system are considered,and the issues of the drought and water shortage in Jishan county,and the environment deteriorated increasingly are resolved,In this study depended on the foreign comprehensive utilization of rainwater experiences which are more mature, Concerning three aspects on rainwater infiltration、the collection and utilization of decentralized rainwater and utilization of detention and controlled rainwater,the eight kinds of comprehensive utilization of ainwater utilization model suitable for the local conditions are designed in detail.From the systematic and comprehensive angles,the planning project on which is combined sewage reclametion with rainwater utilization was determined,the project investments were estimated,and according to the specific circumstances of the municipal funds in Jishan county investments and constructions of near、long-term are carried out,project construction planning are arranged reasonably.Concerning three aspects on environmental benefits,economic and social benefits, comprehensive benefits of the project investments of planning project on drainage system in Jishan county area are evaluated.
